How Coffee On Cue's Ryan Poured Fresh Strategy into his Marketing Cup and Brewed up a Robust Business Growth

I managed to pin down Ryan Spaccavento, the brain behind the caffeine scene at Coffee On Cue, to share some serious business insights.
Trust me, the knowledge in this man’s head is richer than a double shot of espresso.
Ryan’s journey has had its fair share of ups and downs, much like that delicious froth on top of your cappuccino. When we first crossed paths, he was fumbling with a common conundrum - The M-Word, marketing. You know you need it, you’re expected to do it.

But damn, it’s like solving a Rubik’s cube while blindfolded.
Adding a dash of intrigue to his journey, Ryan’s previous experiences with marketing agencies had been less than stellar, like coffee with spoiled milk. He wanted someone who would be an open book with numbers, who understood the interplay between sales and marketing, and who could cut through the bullcrap to bring some clarity to the table.
A tall order, but one we were ready to serve. That’s right Ryan became a client some time back.

We rolled up our sleeves and dived deep into a rigorous SWOT analysis, looking at his business through the unforgiving lens of marketing. We identified missed opportunities, honed in on their unfair advantage, and streamlined the business message.
The end result?
A piping hot 40% top line revenue growth, a successful major event, a new line of revenue, and an added business in another state contributing 30% to the overall revenue, all in a year’s work.
Just like the perfect cup of joe, it took the right blend of ingredients – open communication, trust, and a shared passion for getting things done – to brew up this success story.
